In compliance with the provisions of article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, LOPD, the Data Protection Act), OLAMAR SOL, S.A. hereby inform you that the personal data you may have provided us by filling in any electronic form appearing on our web site, along with any data that the HOTEL accesses arising from browsing, querying, requesting or contracting any service or product, or any other transaction or operation performed on the Site will be stored on a file under the responsibility of Olamar Sol, S.A. at their head office (Nafarroa Behera, 1 20280 Hondarribia) and you can exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of your personal data, under the terms and conditions of the LOPD (Data Protection Act). Failure to fill in the details of a personal nature on any of the electronic registration forms may mean that Olamar Sol, S.A. can not attend your request. The purpose of collecting your personal details is that specifically indicated in each page where the electronic registration form appears. In general, the personal data provided to us will be used to deal with your requests for information, as well to inform you of new activities, products and services. OLAMAR SOL, S.A. undertakes to treat your personal data with absolute confidentiality and will exclusively use such data for the purposes indicated. If any of the stipulations in these Rules of Use is held to be invalid or declared as such, the rest of the Terms remain in effect to those agreed upon. The Terms of Use included in this Legal Agreement are governed by Spanish law. Both Olamar Sol, S.A. as well as the users of the Site are in agreement that for any discrepancy that may occur with regards to the interpretation, fulfilment and/or execution of these Rules both parties will expressly subject themselves to the jurisdiction of the Judges and Courts of Guipúzcoa, specifically renouncing any other rights that they may be entitled to.
